OU Sooner Quilt

Well we have some Boomer Sooner fans in our family (NOT me lol) so of course, once the Oklahoma Sooner fabric was found, a quilt needed to be built! It's been a fun rivalry between my husband and I since our 1980's college days when both teams (my Huskers and his Sooners) took turns dominating the Big 12. This quilt is constructed of all Oklahoma Sooners fabrics using the Flying Geese block pattern and the Boomer Sooner fabric for the focus. Quilted with Debs Footballs digital quilt design and machine bound with a black solid fabric. Quilters Dream Cotton batting inside and Black Shannon Cuddle for backing complete the quilt.
