Thurry Standard Sashed T-shirt Quilt

Our first commissioned T-Shirt quilt is in the books! We thoroughly enjoyed making this for an upcoming 2026 graduate! We constructed this one with 12" Blocks going 4 across and 4 down. The  2" gray sashing sets off each shirt nicely and creates a great contrast with the  4" purple border & binding.   The 108" wide cotton backing fabric from Windham Fabrics is a modern texture and perfect for the backing. As always with T-Shirt quilts, using  80/20 Cotton/Poly Blend Quilters Dream batting on the inside is such a good choice since the t-shirts and fabrics have all been washed....Quilter's Dream Batting is the best on the market and incredibly soft!! The Crop Circle design we used on this one was cool as most of the shirts are sports theme and so it fit right in!
